Baby Rashes All Over Body

Hi mummies. My 3 months old baby is having these rashes on his body. He took the pneumococcal and rota few days ago. Any idea if it's rashes after vaccine/heat rash or eczema? Any remedy other than steroid cream? Thanks!

See PD immediately. Then after see PD check is your Baby's clothes too thick? Got thick blanket? Could be baby feeling hot/warm. Do baby sweat at hair, neck and back head area? Recently weather is very hot, try to keep baby cool via Aircon or Fan. Our LO would grumble when she feel hot, after we on Aircon or Fan keep her cool then she happy 😂 During the day we also let baby wear short sleeve shirt and pants to help her stay cooler. Only before sleep night time then we change baby to long shirt and pants because in Aircon room.

Alternatively can buy Jorubi Aloe Vera Gel sometimes can aplly for baby if baby itch or rashes etc.. Tried on our LO, works fine.
