Track your period and use ovulation test kit. Relax yourself and don’t be stress (I understand it’s not easy). Don’t be disappointed when your period comes. When you relax and don’t think so much, baby will come naturally. My husband and I started trying in April last year, we thought we’ll conceive once after we try but apparently we were too stress over it despite tracking my ovulation. We failed twice and just when we give up the thought of “trying to conceive” and just enjoying ourselves, we conceived our first baby during our 3rd try. I’m in week 36 now and will be receiving our baby soon. so don’t worry too much.

Dont be disappointed and kick yourself when AF comes.. i went through that each month and I got so upset and stressed. Both you and partner must happy and stress-free. We conceived twice prior to this third successful one (currently 24 weeks) and it was challenging, each of the both times I bled at 6-7 weeks gestation (chemical preg). I then ate a supplement from DHerbs daily and drank coconut water/red date tea daily too. A change in intercourse timing helped to conceive i guess (instead of always at night, we did the deed in the afternoons as well). All the best!

Nurse ur health to the peak first n try to relax. Don’t be dishearten by the results if it’s negative. I tried for almost 1 yr but negative always due to period was irregular n went to seek TCM for help to nurse my body. 3 months later I conceive but I guess no fate n no heartbeat detected in 7 weeks.. so I rested n nurse back slowly.. then went back to TCM.. 3 months later.. I manage to conceive again. N I’m giving birth soon. Don’t think that is ur prob if the results is negative, every lady body is different..

If your menses is regular you can monitor the fertile days on ovulation apps. If irregular you can use the ovulation stick to test. Google will tell you which days are fertile and you can calculate from your menses date and then use the ovulation stick to check. And try on those days when your ovulation is high. All the best 😊

Use ovulation kit to help you. Try to use it a few days after your period on daily basis. Once it indicated that you are fertile, you can proceed to make baby. Try to do it on alternate day to ensure there is enough sperm. Hope the above is helpful. Good luck!

My periods were always irregular. I used Fertility Friend app to track my basal body temperature, cervical mucus and identify my ovulation. Btw, start eating folic acid daily. You can get them from Watsons and Guardian.
