Eh normal lah tu, especially kalau breastfeeding fully, lochia (the bleeding after birth) can come and go for quite a while, sometimes sampai 6-8 weeks or even longer! Brown discharge itu usually old blood je, nothing to worry about. But since you're 71 days postpartum, best check with your gynae just to be sure it's not something else, especially after caesar, biar dia confirm je for your peace of mind. A few of us had the same thing and doc said semua okay, but better safe than sorry!
