Rashes on the face (1 month & 5 days old)

Hello momshies🥰 pls. Ask po ako help, is it normal to have rashes on the face ang 1 month old baby? If not po, pls help on how to treat it or any natural remedy that you can suggest po. Thank you😘 p.s: baby is using hypoallergenic body & facial wash, even soap for clothes naman po pero bakit nag appear ang rashes?
