Baby’s skin - help

Hello Momshies! Meron po ba ganitong case din tulad kay LO? We’re using Cetaphil baby wash before then nagtry ako mag switch sa Lactacyd pero nag start na mag ganito skin ni LO. Pinacheck namin sa pedia and sabi balik kami sa Cetaphil but ilang weeks na kami gumagamit ulit ng Cetaphil baby wash and lotion pero hindi pa din nawawala, mas dumadami pa. Di pa kami nakakabalik ulit sa pedia to check. I have a Mustela lotion pero di ko pa pinapagamit kay LO since gusto ko muna sana ubusin ung Cetaphil lotion pero ano kya magandang body wash ipartner dun aside from Mustela din na gentle cleanser? Aww mommy, skin issues can be so frustrating! Since your pedia already recommended going back to Cetaphil but the rash hasn't improved after weeks, I'd really suggest bringing LO back to the doctor soon, it's possible something else might be triggering it (like detergent, fabric softener, or heat/moisture) rather than just the cleanser itself. A few of us moms noticed na sometimes the combo ng body wash + lotion matters, and one of my friends had better luck switching to fragrance-free options across the board habang nag-heal ang skin ng baby. The Mustela gentle cleanser is really gentle too and maraming moms swear by it, but I'd check with your pedia first kung safe mag-switch while the rash is still there para makita nila exactly what's happening.
