Bleeding at 5 months

Hi Momshies, currently 5 months or 18 weeks preggy. Still having bleeding every morning or pagkabangon at magpee. I have polyps. How will you know if polyps cause ng bleeding kasi di rin sure ni OB eh. Anyone experiencing this? Bedrest for 1 month here..
