A few of my mum friends went through similar and the best thing they did was sit down with their husband calmly (choose a good time, hindi during stress or when the kids are chaotic) and ask him straight up kung ano ba ang setup, without accusations muna, sometimes it's just harmless following or stupid curiosity, pero you deserve transparency, especially when it's affecting your peace of mind. If it's really bothering you and affecting how you see your marriage, consider couple's counseling din, may mga legitimate therapists now na reasonably priced and nakakatulong talaga to sort through these things together. You're not crazy for noticing, and you're not selosa for wanting clarity, take care of yourself muna, mama.
