Moms, were some of you not really domesticated when you got married (couldn't clean/cook/do laundry/etc)? How did you adjust?

While I know how to do them (my mom taught me when I was young), I don't really do it when I was single because we have a helper (my parent's house). When I got married, we don't have a helper so I have no choice but to do all the housechores. My husband would say that it looks like we have a shooting for a cooking show every time I will cook because I use so many saucers, pans, etc. just like what you see in TV. Haha! But I enjoy doing it even though it makes me feel tired (especially after office work) because I always think that it is my way of "serving" my husband.
