Hey! You are not alone mummy. I also felt guilty for kept on crying , angry, and shouting too. But I do keep reminding myself to regulate my feelings asap. Cause it’s not good for baby. We have baby with us, we need to protect baby. We can do this tgt even though it is very hard. Just find some soothing music and try to meditate. It is hard to focus, but just do it slowly. Take a nap. Tell yourself, baby is here with you. Talk to baby more. Pray more. Fight together mama.
