I know this can really be worrying. Before I got pregnant, I also wanted to get my NAFLD under control because I didn’t want to add more worries during pregnancy. Thankfully, my liver doctor in Singapore, Dr Wong Jen San, guided me through the treatment and lifestyle changes, and we were on the same page about getting things managed first. After that, my husband and I decided we were ready to try for a baby. I think it’s worth talking to your liver doctor and gynae as well so they can guide you based on your own situation. Wishing you all the best! 🤍

Hi mom! I actually had fatty liver before getting pregnant too and was really worried about it, especially with the weight gain during pregnancy 😭 I also had PCOS before pregnancy, so I totally understand the anxiety. I just tried to be more mindful with what I ate and avoided too much sugar and processed food. Definitely mention the fatty liver during your pregnancy check ups so it can be monitored. Wishing you a smooth and healthy pregnancy! ❤️
