Moms, did anyone else get piles after giving birth? 😭

Hi moms! Just wondering if anyone else experienced piles after pregnancy or giving birth? I started having some discomfort and honestly felt a bit embarrassed about it at first. 😅 Did you just manage it at home with diet, more water and rest, or did you eventually go see a doctor? I’m not sure when it’s something that should actually be checked, so would really appreciate hearing what worked for you. 🤍

Hi yes, I actually went to see a doctor and he gave me some medication because I really couldn’t take it anymore 😭 For the meantime, I think you can try to eat more fibre or drink fibre and also try not to strain too much during bowel movements. hope this helps mom! 🙏
