Brown colour discharge

Hi mommy's, I'm 14 weeks pregnant. expecting my first baby. whenever i empty my bowels i noticed there is a small (2cm long) brown colour discharge coming from my vagina. It appears like a brownish gel. Is this something to worry? This is the 3rd day it happened. My next appointment with doc is in 5 weeks time. Do i need to see a doc urgently?
