Hello mommies...sunasakit din ba likod nyo or balakang 3 mos. post CS ako and exclusive breastfeeding din. Thanks in advance pa advice naman po first time mom here 😊

Going 4 months na si baby. Cs and exclusive breast feeding but no backpain. :) continuous take ako ng vitamins as prescribed by OB. (No exercise too..)
