Hi Gina, Im currently 38 weeks pregnant and had carpal tunnel syndrome during pregnancy on both of my hands. Gripping/holding objects and bending my hand down at the wrist is extremely painful. Im afraid that i might have problem in holding and positioning the baby later during breastfeeding. Any tips?

ouch!! There are ways that you can position your baby without your holding her/him. Do seek help from : : https://www.facebook.com/TBAN.BFC/ Do consider seeing an osteopath to treat the carpel tunnel syndrome. There are also wristbands that you can wear. Do discuss with your doctors pain medication that's safe for breastfeeding
