MAM milk bottles

Mommies whose using MAM milk bottles, how do you make the milk cold for baby to drink? I tried putting in a cup of cold water but I worried the cold water may enter the milk bottle because there's holes at the base. #Needadvice

it's save..the vent doesn’t allow outside water into the milk. Or you can use this method too. Running tap water Hold the sealed bottle under cold running water, keeping the cap on. Rotate the bottle so all sides cool evenly.
