Heat rashes or eczema?

Hi mommies, can someone share with me, is this normal? My LO cheeks have red patches/ rashes and acne. Isit because of milk? He is on FM. How to treat or get rid of this rashes.

It looks like eczema. He could be allergic to something like dairy products etc. Go see a PD for a diagnosis
