105 DAYS EML IS NOW A LAW!!!

Hi Mommies, Since na signed na into law ang 105 days EML. Ask ko lang po kung alam niyo kung macocover ako dahil ang expected delivery date ko is on March 22? Sabi kasi ng HR namin, baka daw hindi ako macover dahil kailangan pa nila iamend ung company rules. Sana macover ako.

Paano kung nag resign na ako sa work ko last January pero my company they submitted my mat 1 pero wala akong nakuhang advance payment from them and I drop by sa sss to check kung magkano makuha ko last January sabi nila 32k for normla delivery and plus 10k for cs.. Am i still covered for the 105days na bayad for mat benefit?? Thankssss

wala pa irr sis pero were hoping na maging maayos ang benefits sa sss. siguro kung first half is nacredit na, baka magadjust sila sa second half. I am also asking our HR kung pwede late ko ifile ung ml ko. like gagamitin ko muna ung vl credits ko until maayos ung amendment ng company policy.

sabi ng HR namin. once na release na ang IRR no choice na but to implement the 105 paid days leave. as of now. may nanganak akong ka work di siya covered kasi wala pa IRR

Bakit sa ibang company implemented na also sabi sa balita lahat ng manganak at nanganak na ma cover??

Hopefully hindi umabot ng March 22. But it has to be published in the Official Gazette and may Implementing Rules and Regulations pa.

Published na sya sa official gazette. sabi kasi implementation is 15 days after published in OG. So dapat cover.
