Ahhh I feel you, sangat mencabar kan! A few of us tried Avent bottles and honestly the issue is usually the teat size, memang Avent punya teat kat newborns tu tight fitting sikit, so kalau tak pasang betul2 or kalau teat dia dah agak loose, air memang akan leak dari tepi. My friend swears by making sure the collar ring (the one dekat puting tu) is screwed super duper tight sampai hard, and she always double-check if the teat rubber dia masih okay condition, kalau dah ada tiny tears or loose areas memang kena ganti baru. Try jugak angle the bottle slightly when feeding, sometimes the way baby sucks also matters, if you're still having problems maybe test try size 1 teat dulu, some newborns latch better dekat size 1 than newborn size, it's worth a shot!
