Intermittent Fasting

Mommies, is it safe to do regular intermittent fasting? I was a gestational diabetic for my 2 previous pregnancies, bot delivered normal. Now i am pregnant around 8 weeks now and I want to do IF to manage my sugars and cravings, is this safe?#askmommies #Needadvice #please_help
