Signs of labour at 38w4d?

Mommies can pls share with me the first few signs of your labour? I have a stinging feeling each time I want to pee and i go to bathroom every 2 minutes help! I notice abit of discharge as well. Before this I don’t have any. However I don’t feel any pain at all. I only have minor/little cramps every now and then on my lower tummy that’s all. Advise please? 💖
