Round wound (sugat)

Hello mommies, please help, anyone here knows remedy for this kind of SUGAT? 😭😭😭 Super alaga ko pa naman ang legs ng toddler ko pero we had a vacay at grandmas house and bigla nalang ito tumubo. 🤦😔 I hope someone can give advice or remedy for this one. Thank you mommies.
