Swollen gums

Hello Mommies hope youre all doing well. Does anyone here had experience swollen gums? I’ve tried mouth wash vitamin C and antibiotics. Pero ayaw mawala ng maga. :( Can someone help and tell me how to get rid of this? Mejo masakit na sya :(

Wag ka mag antibiotic sis. May ganyang cases talaga ganyan din ako noon. Nawala lang nung ilang months na si baby after birth. Pregnancy Gingivitis daw yan sabi ng dentist ko.
