hello, anyone who knows this kind of spot or whatsoever? i just found out this one this morning after i changed my baby's diaper. the skin hardened and is reddish.help please

Baka yeast or bacterial infection po sya mamsh.. Sensitive po kasi skin ni baby taz nagkocontact sa diaper na may poop or pee kaya nagkakaganyan..

eczema yan momy consult ur pedia. and sensitive skin ng baby u papalitan din mga gamit nya for sure
