Hi mommies, is it ok to take blackmores pregnanacy & breast feeding advanced + Blackmores folate together? Will that be overdose?

Can take together. The folic acid in pregnancy advanced is not so high. But personally for meni only took folate itself during first trimester as thats already sufficient, as mentioned by gynae.

Hi. From what I know, 5mg of folic acid is sufficient unless advised differently by the doctor.
