I'm also 19 weeks preggy and office work ko naka upo lng for 9hours so I do walking whenever I can and sumo squat and reflex your feet po when stretching it helps so much. I also did warm foot soak. Warm water lang pero pwede ka rin mag add nang lavender epsom salt just a small amount lng then soak your feet for 20-30 mins depends on you. Try din po Child's Pose na Yoga for Preggy and Camel pose (back bend) nawala talaga back ache ko and always sleep on your left side po. Hope it helps.
How to stop feet from swelling while pregnant: Avoid long periods of standing or sitting. If you're on your feet a lot, take breaks and have a seat. ... Kick up your feet. ... Sleep on your side. ... Move it. ... Avoid too-tight elastic-top socks or stockings. ... Wear comfy shoes. ... Try support hose. ... Drink lots of water.
pls elevate your legs every night before you sleep.. coz this leg swelling will get worst when u go into ur 3rd trim.. try not to walk or stand too long.. always raise ur legs up when u get a chance. when sitting down, put ur legs onto another chair also.. at night b4 sleep, raise legs til higher than ur heart..
Hi! I bought these for my wife https://shopee.sg/product/2290005/1536085992?smtt=0.151798339-1662365189.9 but do check with your doctor if you can wear them as we did with ours. She would wear in the morning before going to work and it helps. I think some of the sock types can be worn while sleeping too.
