Hi mommies, my LO is coming 12 weeks old, today i noticed that her bcg injection spot is more swollen than usual, and there is a pus as well. Is this normal? Is there any treatment for this? Thank you.

My PD told me to just clean the area with warm water after the pus is out and repeat the process till the spot becomes a scar.
