Buttock pain

Hi mommies, I’m in 18 weeks pregnancy now. I’m feeling buttocks pain very bad in the evening and night time :( How can I relieve that pain?

yes, it’s like swollen sensation and i did light massage and feel a bit better but it still pain when I wake up in the middle of the night
