Me too. :( im alrdy in 2nd tri but still feel the same 😓 i just listen to sleeping music on youtube and try to make myself comfy with alot of pillows around me.. i still do wake up every few hrs cos im not comfortable.
Thanks mommies... My husband played some sleeping music from youtube and lower the aircon temperature which i used to feel cold in.. So far i managed to slp better.
Try to get a long bolster pillow, or specifically a pregnancy pillow. It helped for me!
hormonal change probably.. change pillow and temperature to feel comfortable
Try to relax, and go to bed at a earlier time.
