One thing I'd add is your ID (any valid ID talaga) kasi kelangan nila for admission, plus a copy of your OB's prescription or referral letter kung may HMO kayo or kung pwedeng i-waive ang deposits, a few of us had that kasi nag-request kami in advance. For SSS, I think okay lang since Philhealth ang primary, pero check din with your OB's hospital kung may specific SSS forms sila gusto, basta better safe than sorry talaga! Also bring extra copies ng lahat because hospitals always need duplicates, haha, and oo na sa wish ni hubby na manatili, most hospitals allow partner to stay or at least stay longer during labor, so ask your hospital about their rooming-in policy para alam nyo na!
