Hi mommies, I am in my 11th week of pregnancy and from last few days experiencing sudden and sharp pain on hips... It lasts long and starts mostly when I am standing and working for some time... Please let me know if it is normal and what precautions and at home treatment can be done for the same... thank you and much love ?

It might be the round ligament area... if that’s the case, maybe taking a rest helps as it’s only painful when you’re moving. Ive experienced it a few times and I can hardly walk. However, it’s best that you visit ur gynae (:
