Infant care/helper

Hi mommies, i have been trying to research which is a better option to take care of my baby when im back to work after maternity. Is sending them to an infant care better or to hire a maid?

If i can afford, personally I prefer infant care. Baby get to interact with other babies. Might be able to learn more.
