Pistachio is good food to take for pregnancy but everything in moderation - don’t take too much. Usual recommendation for normal healthy human is not more than a fist size amount of nuts per day.

Yes you can but just eat in moderation. Don't eat raw/undercooked food, certain Chinese herbs and avoid alcohol and you should be good 😊

Dry nuts and fruits are healthy snacks unless you are allergic. Eat everything in moderation. Enjoy your pregnancy!!! 😘
