How to ease Braxton Hicks?

Hello mommies, I am currently at 25 weeks +, I am having Braxton Hicks almost every other day. The pain can last btw 30-40 seconds and sometimes up to a min. I tried looking up for light exercise or stretching to ease the pain but nothing. All I do now is to regulate my breathing when it strikes. Please help me share your experiences.#pleasehelp
