Blood Clot

Hello mommies, i am 20 weeks 5 days pregnant po and this afternoon nag bleeding ako and then may blood clot din but thankfully no pain naman po. Nagbuhat kasi ako ng grocery kanina pero hindi naman sya sobrang bigat and then after 2 hours pagkauwi ko nag bleeding na ako. Do you have the same experience like me mga mommies and what should i do?
