I need alone time to unwind my stress.. I think so much after I talk to my self (in thought s)and calm down myself (I m so short tempered)and then change the mood by playing with my kid or listing song or sometimes go to deep sleep. And offcourse surf on net, YouTube watch videos... Comedy which divert my mood totally. Sometime my kid chase me to cheer up and by seeing his smile made my day.

i attend zumba at our village..three times a week....it feels great ti have me time for some time to release all the stress and to meet other people...we mothers need some time alone..in order for us to become energize inspired...

It depends on your hobbies or interests, me I just want to be alone and undisturbed. I could probably listen to music with my headset and play music loud. :) Or I can just read books, in a way I feel relaxed. :)

No chance to unwind by myself as we don't have nanny. I only find at least 30 minutes-1 hour for a weekly massage to comfort and distress me from the hectic week. That's the best I can do for myself for now.

Even though my schedule's so hectic, I always make time to unwind with my little girl and husband. We usually play kinect games on Xbox. :) My little girl really loves to play Just Dance!

I plan for Mum’s Day Out once a month. I will go for facial, a good lunch with a glass of wine and shopping. Be happy and home by 7pm

Goes ro mom's home once in a month and my sis and mother look after the baby while i go shopping, sleep or do what i want

I think the best way to unwind is to read a book before going to sleep, or play some music while doing chores would do!

Rant it out with hubby and friends. Take a long shower & throw my 2 kids to hubby. Shopping therapy! Haha

I catch on to my sleep. And other times I cook something following a new recipe that makes me happy.
