7 months pooping alot

My 7 months okd baby used to poop once or twice a day but for last few days he has been pooping 4 to 5 times a day the poop is dark green and watery, can anyone guide why is it and what to do ?

Good multi vitamins 6 months pp

Please suggest me some good tablets for iron, calcium ans vitamins as i am breastfeeding my baby so its important to get all the energy back ?...
