LO Sleeping hours

Hi mommies how do you all train your LO to Sleep through the night? My LO is going 5 months but he keep waking up hourly to latch for comfort. Tried giving him pacifier but he will cry murder. I am a working mom, and its really tiring!

Yes it's not an easy process so start with baby steps. It does get better as they grow older (:
