shampoo hair loss

Mommies any help. When Im showering my 3-week old baby. when I use the baby shampoo suddenly I noticed some hair loss. Im scared will my baby going bald because of that incident? Pls help Im super worried

But it happened when i put the shampoo into his hair . Before I always dilute it with water but recently I put directly then suddenly I saw some hair patch losing. This is the first time happened
