4 months baby dandruff

I just noticed that my baby has so much dandruff! Can we treat it or let it be? Any product can help? Whenever I shampoo her hair , she will scream

Unlikely for them to have dandruff at the age? I use Pigeon pure / cetaphil but baby don’t have dandruff shampoo. I cut baby botak too.
