Vitamins and iron pill causes BO?

Any mommies here happened to had BO and armpit sweat smell despite showering 2 to 3 times recently? Was it due to vitamin and iron pill? Any possibility it will cause baby born out has BO?

Nothing to do with pills, it's just a common side effect of pregnancy. You can use some deodorant
