Hi Mommies , Can You Guys Recommend Me Food That Helps With Labor ? Some Said eating lots Of dates helps you go through an easy labor . Its My first time and im already at 5 months and im really scared and worried thinking about my labor .
I have heard of this before. I ate dates but it did not really help me with my labour. Not sure if you are keen with epidural.. It is really painless( to me) after getting epidural.
