Hey mama, Lower back pain is normal especially in the third trimester. Try using a hot compress on your lower back and making sure you don’t sit in bucket seats - if you have to, put a pillow so your pelvis isn’t sunken into the seat. Posture is everything so imagine you have a string pulling you from the top of your head and have the rest of your body aligned. Look at your self on the mirror and try practicing not thrusting your hips forward and not arching your back when you walk. Cat and cow stretches are also good.
