Period lepas bersalin

Eh sama-sama kita confuse dengan timing ni! Lepas C-section memang lain sikit, nifas period biasanya sampai 6 minggu, tapi bleeding pattern boleh vary depending on how your body heals and kalau breastfeeding or not. Few of my mum friends yang czer juga cakap darah keluar on and off for quite a while, especially kalau still exclusively breastfeeding. Since you're at day 10 and still bleeding, probably better to check with your gynae just to be safe, dia boleh tengok kalau everything healing properly, sebab sometimes retained placenta or infection boleh jugak cause prolonged bleeding.
