back pain during early pregnancy

Hi mommies, Is back pain normal during early pregnancy? Did anyone experience this before? Is it mean something I must be aware of ? Thank you 🙏

It is normal. It is because the uterus is expanding as the foetus is growing big. Just rest well.

I experienced back pain during 1st tri as well. Using a pregnancy pillow helped!
