Hi mommies! Ask ko lang po kung okay lang kaya uminom even isang bote lang tlaga just that I'm having depression, and I think that would relieve me even kaunti po. Did somebody here do the same? Thank you.

depression is a big word, di po yan basta2 na kiniclaim lg. ngpadiagnose ka na ba na meron ka ngng depression??? o gingwa mo lg yan dahilan to justify ur action. . . the best weapon against anything is God, if u have relationshp w/ him u would not think of that. . .
