tama gagawin mo mommy, its not necessarily ngdidiet ka you are just eating healthy at nagbabawas ka ng carbs. oatmeal is good, low on calorie count. try to snack on fruits, banana or whatever is in season. iwas sa white bread and sweets.

Normal weight gain is 10kilos-15kilos sis. Kaya okay lang yan. Sasabihan ka naman ng ob mo kung nag oover weight kana while pregnant
