confinement without help from others

Hi mommies, anyone of you practice confinement without/minimal helps from family or confinement nanny? Only husband is available to help but he has to work. Is it possible to do confinement alone? Do you mind to share how do you deal with it? How do you cope with the stress of taking care older child and newborn, cooking and breastfeeding? TIA

You should make the most of your confinement to recover and regain energy which is much needed to take care of baby and manage night feeds later on. Also first month you will be struggling with breastfeeding and pain from wound. If you have no or minimal help during confinement I strongly urge you to hire a CL if you can afford it. Some money is meant to be spent and cannot save one.
