Lactation coffee

Haha, alam ko yan, gusto mo talaga ng coffee fix, hindi lang yung health benefits! Honestly, a few of us tried different brands na available sa Mercury Drug and online, pero ang common recommendation na marinig ko is yung may barley or malunggay blended in kasi mas malapit talaga sa regular coffee ang lasa compared sa ibang lactation drinks, try looking for those na malunggay-based or barley-based instead ng pure herbs kasi sobrang different ang dating ng pure herbal ones. One of my mum friends though swears na kung gagamitin mo yung high-quality instant coffee at i-mix with milk powder na specifically for lactation (some brands have coffee flavor variant), way better ang coffee taste at effective pa rin, so maybe check that out too!
