Best Lactation coffee

Hi. For coffee lovers na breastfeeding mom, ano po the best na natry nyong lactation coffee? For now kasi mother nature pa lang po natry ko. So far masarap naman po sya, di compromised ung lasa ng kape. Di ko po talaga matanggal addiction ko sa coffee eh 😅☕️ #coffee #lactationcoffee #coffeeislayp #breastfeed #breastmilk

Ay same here, hindi ako makapigil sa kape kahit breastfeeding! Mother Nature is actually solid na, kaya kung satisfied ka na sa lasa at supply mo okay, stick with it na lang, pero if gusto mo mag-explore, maraming moms din nag-swear sa Lactacoffee at Happy Mama Coffee, though parang mas pricey sila at di gaano ka-different ang taste honestly. Personally I'd say if Mother Nature is working for you supply-wise and you're enjoying it, walang reason to switch, mas importante na consistent ka at hindi stressed with your coffee choice kasi yan ang talagang nag-aaffect ng supply anyway!

yes po, ive tried different lactation coffee pero mother nurture pa rin po ang the best for me, even now that I have a second baby na hehehe
