House Rules For Visiting Newborn Baby

Hello mommies! Is it actually common or okay for parents to implement house rules when it comes to people visiting the newborn baby? House rules such as… example: 1. Go to the toilet and wash your hands, arms and legs/feet after entering my house. 2. Do not carry my baby and post photos/videos of my baby without permission. 3. Do not come uninvited or unexpectedly. 4. Do not visit if you are not feeling well. 5. Do not make unnecessary comments or teach the parents what to do. And more… Will I sound unreasonable or difficult? What other rules did you implement? And what do you do if people do not follow?

I don’t think you need to announce the rules. I simply rejected nicely so only the close family members visited my baby. Even till now where my baby is already 1 year old. I hate cleaning/sanitising my house after having visitors.
